1. Introduction

Welcome to Vision Bowling (“the App”). We value your privacy and strive to be transparent about how (and whether) we collect or use your data. This Privacy Policy explains the data practices for our App in line with Apple’s guidelines and general privacy principles.

2. No Collection of Personal Data

• No Registration or Login: We do not require you to create an account or log in.

• No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, or other personally identifiable information.

• No Location Tracking: The App does not request, store, or transmit precise or coarse location data.

3. On-Device Hand & Environment Processing

• Augmented Reality: The App uses Apple’s ARKit to detect and track hand movements, as well as the physical environment, for the bowling gameplay.

• On-Device Only: All hand tracking and environment scanning happen in real time on your device’s hardware. This data is not uploaded to any server, nor is it shared with third parties.

• Camera Access: The App uses the device’s camera solely to render augmented reality visuals. We do not capture or store camera images on our servers or with any third-party service.

4. No Third-Party Analytics or Ads

• No Analytics SDKs: We do not integrate third-party analytics services that track user behavior or collect user data.

• No Advertising Networks: The App does not display third-party ads or share any user or device data with ad networks or data brokers.

5. Data Not Linked to You

Because we do not collect personal information or create unique user identifiers, any data processed by the App (such as ephemeral hand-tracking coordinates) is never linked to your real-world identity. Per Apple’s guidelines, on-device data processing is not considered “collection” if it does not leave your device or is not retained.

6. Tracking

No Cross-App Tracking: The App does not link data collected from you or your device with data from other apps, websites, or offline sources. We do not share data with third-party brokers or advertising networks, and we do not utilize any form of targeted advertising.

7. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has inadvertently provided personal data, please contact us (see Section 10) so we can remove that information.

8. Data Security

Since we do not store or transmit personal data, there is no repository of user information to secure. Nonetheless, we use industry-standard safeguards on-device to ensure safe operation and protect against unauthorized use of the camera or AR features.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our App’s functionality, Apple’s policies, or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when the most recent changes were made. If we make significant updates, we will provide a notice within the App or on our website.
